MITOSIS TABLE TOP CARD REVIEW
Students review by organizing cards on their desk top. These can be used to make concept maps, play concentration, practice phases, sequencing, and much more.

AHEAD OF TIME:
1. Copy MITOSIS CARDS I and MITOSIS CARDS 2 onto  cardstock or use colored paper and laminate. I use one color for INTERPHASE and MITOSIS, a different color for G0, another color for the rest of Card I's, and another color for Card 2's. Cut apart. You will need a set of cards made up of one of each kind of card (plus 2 growth cards) for each group.

MAKE A CONCEPT MAP
Students can use the cards to build a concept map on their table.

PRACTICE PHASES
Students can lay out Phase cards on their desk as categories and place "what happens" cards in the appropriate phase.

SEQUENCING
Use phase cards to put phases in order or practice "what comes next".

RELAY RACES:
Students or in groups race to see who can put all the cards in the correct category first.
